訂了三天房間，進門房子很小，窗戶也很小，還有甲醛的味道，噪音也很大，宣傳的床是一米的床，結果衹有80公分，雙床的距離衹有手掌寬，感覺很壓抑，根本沒法住，定了就不能退，想多少退一點都不行，浪費了幾千元

The hotel was in a great spot to travelling for the gladiators filming at the arena.  Sadly the room was not great, very noisy outside from a fan, also next to a main road.  The toilet was like sitting in a prison box and very small as well as the shower.  The breakfast was also disappointed and the manager would let me have a refund which was very poor customer service.  I wouldn’t have breakfast and I probably wouldn’t stay at the hotel.

Basic but did us as we were there for a competition so weren’t looking for anything fancy. Staff were really polite and helpful.

I had a serious family situation which prevented me staying but the hotel wouldn’t consider overlooking the non-cancellation policy. Other hotels exercise discretion in the personal circumstances I found myself in, but the hotel manager wouldn’t budge. It’s a shame because I regularly stay… I’ll use 訂房網站.com again as their help was excellent, but I won’t stay with Ibis again in the future. Other hotels are more person centred and recognise emergency situations can impact bookings
